GRANT OF LICENSE |

hereby grants the Player a personal,
non-exclusive, non-transferable sub-license
to use the software for playing in the

less than 6 months and wish to withdraw
winnings totalling $20,000 or more then
you will only be permitted to withdraw
the money in installments of $5000 per
month
The Player is fully responsible for
any taxes and fees applicable to winnings

to keep track and report the winnings

CLV reserves the right to withhold
any amount in excess of the players
original deposit from a player's withdrawal
